  • TMJ TLC

    Headaches? Jaw clenching? Tech neck?

    This session focuses on releasing tension in the neck, jaw, and scalp. Choose between a relaxing flow or a more targeted approach with optional inner jaw work (intraoral techniques).

    This modality takes place on a traditional massage table.

    Clothing:

    People typically fully undress or just wear underwear. That said, always undress to your own level of comfort! You’ll be covered with the sheets during the massage.

    Timing:

    45 min - focused work on the neck, jaw, and scalp.

    60 min - neck, jaw, scalp + extra time for slower paced intraoral work.

    75 min - neck, jaw, scalp, and shoulders!

  • Swede-ish

    Want to take a nap AND get deep work?

    This is my take on a classic Swedish massage. An intuitive blend of techniques focuses on finding flow and melting tension. Effective work that is also deeply relaxing.

    Timing:

    60 min - general full body flow

    75 min - full body + extra time for foot, scalp, or hand massage!

    90 min - full body + 1 area of deeper work

  • Therapeutic Massage

    Have a specific issue you want to address?

    Therapeutic massage kicks the intensity up a notch with deep tissue, myofascial, and muscle energy techniques (i.e. I pin, you stretch). While I always incorporate elements of relaxation into my work (because a relaxed nervous system is a receptive nervous system), this session is more on the active, sports massage side. Still want a full body session? I’ll incorporate Swedish techniques to smooth out the deep work and leave your body feeling balanced.

    75 min - 1 focus area OR general full body massage

  • Barefoot Bodywork

    Deep tissue never deep enough?

    The feet deliver even deeper pressure and fascial release. Trained in both Sarga and Ashiatsu techniques, you can choose whether you'd like a myofascial approach (Sarga) or maximum pressure (Ashiatsu).

    Studies show that fascia responds best to broad, slow contact. That means you might be more comfortable receiving deep pressure from the broad surface of a foot rather than from a pointy elbow! Barefoot massage has become a favorite with my clients who want more depth AND with clients who usually feel sensitive to other deep tissue techniques.

    Sarga and Ashiatsu take place on a traditional massage table.

  • Traditional Thai Massage

    Thai Massage is the original stretch therapy!

    Deep compressions paired with stretching and joint mobilization leave the body feeling relaxed and mobile. Often referred to as Lazy Yoga, Thai is a great option for anyone looking to maintain or improve their range of motion. Thai is NOT the best option if your pain is acute and movement is aggravating rather than relieving.

    Thai massage is known for stretching, but you don’t have to be flexible to enjoy Thai! I will work with your current range of motion and never force a stretch.

    This modality takes place on a floor mat.

    Clothing:

    Comfortable athletic wear is recommended. Long sleeves and socks are a good option if you tend to run cold. No short shorts please!

    Timing:

    90 min - full body

    120 min - full body + 1 focus area

    150 min - deep work everywhere!

  • MyoThai

    Blending the two styles I love most (Sarga + Thai), MyoThai is my own take on a myofascial Thai massage!

    When I first started working with this fusion, a client called it massage for Lazy Athletes and honestly, that’s the perfect description! The combination of mobility and myofascial work makes this great for athletes or anyone who likes bodywork with more intensity. A slower pace allows me to work deeply while still honoring the nervous system’s need for rest.

    MyoThai is NOT the best option if your pain is acute and movement is aggravating rather than relieving.

    This modality takes place on a floor based massage table.

    Clothing:

    Wear minimal clothing such as athletic shorts and a sports bra. I have clothing options available in case you forget! A blanket will be available to keep you covered and warm.

    Timing:

    90 min - full body + 1 focus area

    120 min - full body + 1-2 focus areas

    150 min -deep work everywhere!

  • Human Design Readings

    Human Design draws from astrology, The I Ching, and the chakra system to create a unique (and crazy accurate) blueprint of you.

    Similar to astrology, your Human Design chart is a snapshot of the sky at the exact moment of your birth. But unlike astrology, HD goes a step further and shows where this planetary energy lives in the body (a chart known as the bodygraph). This is a super simplified explanation, but basically, where astrology tells the story of who you are and the cards you've been dealt, Human Design tells you how to play those cards. It's an operating manual for your energetic system.

    Sessions take place virtually over Zoom. Please note when booking that times are PST.

    Readings offered:

    Foundational Reading - covers the basics of your chart such as energy type, strategy, authority, and not self/true self themes. I highly recommend starting here!

    Profile and Centers - your profile describes your personality while your energy centers describe the gifts and challenges present in your chart.
